As verdes e castanhas demoram entre 30 a 45 minutos consoante a consist\u00eancia desejada. Estas s\u00e3o boas para guisados ou saladas porque mant\u00eam a forma. As vermelhas s\u00f3 necessitam de 15 a 20 minutos de cozedura mas t\u00eam tend\u00eancia a desfazer-se, por isso s\u00e3o sobretudo utilizadas para fazer pur\u00e9s. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Como t\u00eam imensos benef\u00edcios, s\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m utilizadas nos pratos vegetarianos para &#8220;compensar&#8221; a aus\u00eancia de carne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1- Fazem bem ao cora\u00e7\u00e3o. T\u00eam uma grande quantidade de nutirentes essenciais como o magn\u00e9sio ou o \u00e1cido f\u00f3lico.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2- Permite encher-nos de prote\u00ednas sem comer carne. Para que o nosso organismo as assimile melhor, o ideal \u00e9 associ\u00e1-las a cereais integrais como o arroz integral, quinoa integral&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3- T\u00eam muitos antioxidantes, com fama de lutar contra o colesterol e o envelhecimento das c\u00e9lulas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4- T\u00eam muitas vitaminas e minerais como ferro, magn\u00e9sio, f\u00f3sforo, post\u00e1ssio, c\u00e1lcio&#8230; E t\u00eam muitas vitaminas do grupo B, nomeadamente B9 e B3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5- E, finalmente, s\u00e3o pouco cal\u00f3ricas mas saceiam!
